                                    Hours:  Monday - Thursday 8:00am to 12:00pm

                                               Friday - 9:00am to 12:00pm




                                    South Bay Adult School, Edison Center, Adults Only

                                    3401 Inglewood Ave., Room 3

                                    Hours: Monday - Thursday, 1:00pm to 5:00pm



  • ISP is not a school. We are a program of the district.


  • Students have a mandatory weekly appointment time with their primary ISP instructor.   In addition, mandatory one hour on-site lessons for each core class enrolled in, are held Tuesday and Thursday afternoons 3:05 - 4:05 PM and 4:05 - 5:05 PM. 


  • The primary instructor will assign students weekly pacing expectations during their one hour scheduled time.  In addition, the instructor will assist with online curriculum, Acellus, review learned material,  provide time for students to work independently, and allow students to take all exams with instructor present.  Last, students will be provided a scheduled time to meet with their core teacher(s) on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons depending on the core (Math, Science, English, Social Studies) courses enrolled in. 


  • Instructors are assigned 1-3 students per hour.


  • Attendance is based on completed progress  assignments for each student:

            Minors:            4 hours per day = 1 day of attendance = 20 hours per week

                                    (No more than 20 hours per week of attendance may be claimed)

                                    Reporting is based on days per week.


  • Minor students that complete all requirements to receive RUHS, RSHS or RBUSD high school diploma
